Lab founder. Tomáš Pitner received his Ph.D. from Masaryk University in 1998. He was the founder and head of the Lasaris research laboratory until the end of May 2025, a member of the CERIT Strategic Board at the Faculty of Informatics of Masaryk University, and the scientific director of CERIT Science Park, in which he was a major contributor. Since 2007, he has been an external professor at the Faculty of Informatics, University of Vienna, where he constantly cooperates with the Research Center for Educational Technologies. Since 2025, he has been working as a full professor at Mendel University, Faculty of Business and Economics, Brno, Czech Republic.
