LaSArIS has been founded in September 2008 by Assoc. Prof. Tomas Pitner who is heading the lab since then. The lab is part of the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. The LaSArIS team consists of four staff members and about fifteen post- and under-graduate students. Feel free to contact anyone of us. We are always interested in cooperation with new colleagues who are welcome to join our research and industrial projects. 

Our research is concerned with a number of software-engineering questions, including design and development of information systems, software engineering processes, technologies and quality of software architectures. We are involved in the organization of various scientific events (conferences, workshops) and practical student camps. Moreover, we exercise and promote modern educational methods based on Person-entered technology-enhanced learning, and organize various faculty courses.
